Eligibility for Refunds
Rains® Outlet offers a 60-day return window from the date of delivery. To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may be declined.
Return Process
To initiate a return, email info@rainshub.it.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Return shipping is free for customers; however, we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may appear in your account shortly after processing.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items, such as final sale products or gift cards, are not eligible for refunds unless defective. Any exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page prior to purchase.
Partial Refunds
